The WA1NRA repeater is located on the top floor of Bicentennial Hall at Middlebury College. The antennas for the repeater (2M + 440MHz for the voting links) are located on the roof. The repeater has a +600 kHz offset, a 100Hz PL tone, and is open to all amateur radio operators. The repeater was the first in the State to features a voting receiver system. Emergency backup power is provided by the college backup power grid.
The remote receiver was located in Crown Point, New York, but has been dismantled pending determination of a new location.
